Before we begin
Permission, in writing.
If the companion uses a photograph or voice of a real person, you must sign a legal document stating that you have permission to use that image and that voice. We will not craft that likeness without the signed document.
You may instead choose a generic avatar. He is still made to your specifications: his look, his age, his voice, and the way he keeps you company. That choice does not require permission to use someone else’s likeness. Changing the age of a real photograph still uses that person’s likeness, so the signed permission still applies.
Always With You is a private companion for conversation. It is not medical care, not therapy, not a dating service, and not a claim that someone who has died is present. Today he lives on a Samsung, a Motorola, or a similar phone. An iPhone cannot hold him yet. Your photograph, voice recording, and conversations are for your app, not for a public profile.
