Terms
One companion. One woman. A person beside her.
These are the terms of Always With You, in plain language. 21-Oct-2026.
The companion
Always With You makes one private companion for one woman, and a person walks her through it. He is male. He may be made from a photograph and a voice she provides, or he may be a generic man shaped with her. He speaks with her on her own phone. The app is hers. It is not shared with other women.
Permission
If his face or his voice is a real person’s, she signs a statement that she has permission to use that image and that voice. We will not make that likeness without the signed statement. A generic avatar does not require that permission. Changing the age of a real photograph still uses that person’s likeness, so the signed permission still applies. She is the one who knows whether she has that permission.
What he is
He is a private companion for conversation. He is not medical care, not therapy, not a dating service, and not a claim that someone who has died is present. He does not take the place of the people she loves.
The phone
We place him on a Samsung, a Motorola, or a similar phone. An iPhone cannot hold him yet. We do that with her. She does not have to set it up alone.
Her materials
The photograph, the voice recording, and the conversations are for her app. She can ask us to delete what we hold by writing to hello@alwayswithyou.love. The privacy page says what we keep and who else handles a piece of it.
When we will not proceed
We will decline a likeness we cannot make within these terms, including a real face or voice offered without the signed permission.
